Users may experience an error like the following when using the SonarCloud GitHub action, which is caused by a GitHub brownout of deprecated cache actions.

Error: This request has been automatically failed because it uses a deprecated version of `actions/cache: v4.0.2`. Please update your workflow to use v3/v4 of actions/cache to avoid interruptions. The brown-out will be over at 10 p.m. UTC on February 18, 2025.

We plan to release a long-term fix to update the Actions Cache Library by the end of February 2025.
