Monitoring

We have regenerated the sonarcloud.io certificate and it no longer contains the expired root certificate. Https callers should all behave correctly.

Identified

Https callers of sonarcloud.io can be cross-impacted by the expiry of a root certificate from our certificate provider. Depending on the currentness and settings from the caller program and operating system, https calls may fail with a certificate expiry error.
